Dont know if it will help or not, but upto level 10/11 , I use Neji, guy, Konkuro and sakura.. sometimes it can be tricky, especially if there opponent has mirror or ninja like Naruto, Kiba etc who can start chase from round one with their standard.
The general formation I use:
Konkuro - Guy - Neji
Sakura - puppet - X

if opponent has a kiba or naruto Directly facing Neji, then place konkuro puppet in front to sock up the dmg, but keeping the move order same. Something like this:
Konkuro - Neji - Puppet
Sakura - Guy - X

If opponent is still giving you trouble, try to mix and match. After all, its an AI, so watch the pattern, mix and match and hope for a good rng. Naruto - Gaara - GNW Neji c*so be a great team too, if you mix your main here and use a proper summon, it can do a great job.
My main team consist of Hinata-kakashi-Tobi . Tobi's revive passive can be really handy.

As a final note: Use the ninja you have worked so far and try to make a control/heal type of team. It never does hurt to experiment a bit to get the best result. Good luck.
