i usually do cursed mark ninjas lineup (kimi, kabuto, jugo, sai gnw) until they all dead then use my main team (main, sasuke, karin, hinata)
i finished all 12 around the same level as you

it's important to have a ninja that use summon to be meat shield and it's preferable to have shield (in my case both kabuto and sai gnw has summon and jugo provide the team shield)

after i see your ninja my suggestion is do it like this

it will be bad combo wise, but it has acupunture, tank, healer, summon and DoT, i use something similiar with this in my another account but with GNW kankuro and normal neji, i can finish all 12 no problem in around lv 60 too
