I think we have to wait for maintenance.

• All UK and HK servers

May 14th, 14:00 - 18:00 HK Time

May 14th, 06:00 - 10:00 UK Time

• All NY and LA servers

May 14th, 03:00 - 08:00 NY Time

May 14th, 00:00 - 05:00 LA Time
