Kisame isn't me
ta nor a carry ninja anymore - people were suggesting past me ta ninjas like masked man and edo hiruzen which is on the same scale as kisame and angel AOG.

ta again with his upcoming breakthroughs, so any extra fragments are worth collecting. AGK still has several uses (GNW comes to mind) and I run into her in Sage quite often. When was the last time we saw a Jiraiya [Sage Mode] used? We have had his breaks forever at this point and is clearly one of the oldest ninjas offered in Fireworks since the event first showed up. Hell, we have even had him in a monthly login reward if I remember correctly, and people complained about him then. No idea what Oasis is smoking to think anyone who has played this game for any reasonable amount of time would be happy with his as a reward here.

Am i the only who thinks sage jiraiya isn't a bad ninja or doesn't have him? i see alot of comment about how people dont like because many people have him and he was released years ago but well at least you can get it near 4 star and try to breakthrough him or if u already have alot of frags just refine frags and get some iruka that way some firework ninjas can never be a waste.
he is a bad ninja even with his breakthroughs. Any of the ninja you pull out of GNW Treasure or the Jin limited time treasures easily outclass him in his 4 star breakthrough form. For collectors, sure, he has a point, but you could also easily get him out of old treasures, which most collector focused players would have done by now. It just feels like something a little more current and actually usable should be the reward.

I guess you have 0 clue what you talking about. While i agree that he is a bad ninja and its not good enough to be put in fireworks since he is useless even with his breakthroughs and like what you said, only have a point as collectors (which i one of it, but i still think its not good to put him in event). BUT he is not easily obtainable in old treasure, in fact sage jiraiya was the hardest to get. Some of my friend who is collectors too havent got him either even though they already got others ninja.
So please, even if you dont agree with something, dont spread wrong info just to make you win your argument.

I have had him 5 starred for literally years at this point, so in my experience he is extremely easy to get a hold of, even more so when you don't have a use for seal scrolls since they don't put out new treasures anymore. sed on your resources and commitment to collecting. Sounds like your friends are not actually committed to collecting units if they wont spend useless seal scrolls on pulling for units they "want". Does Oasis actually thing a ninja like this would encourage people to spend money or resources on this event? My group typically hits max rewards on the first day or two depending on the ninja. It would not surprise me if we don't even bother to max this one out considering how absolute garbage he is, and we have many collectors at this point in the game's life cycle. This reward is just Oasis realizing they *ed up by offering actually good ninjas in Fireworks in the past, and back pedaling like always away from decisions that would make more players happy.
