as others have said you will lose, but not just to minato, you will lose to all meta's because unless you can throw money in the 5 digit range at this game you simply cannot compete with the people who dominate.

you can follow Danzo's advice, try to gather power and get the same meta ninjas yourself,. in which case you will be using bland preset teams that 99% of players already use and still losing because your meta lineup vs the meta lineup of someone with more money, the wallet will always win. At this moment you refer to minato as the plague, but before him was edo hiruzen, before that was tenten gnw/mabui, before that was lightning root. The way this game is run there will ALWAYS be tedious, boring meta's that people with more money than imagination will flock to, so unless you are very very wealthy i am afraid that metas will always plague this game and will always give you a hard time.

but if you play the game for fun, try not to let losing to meta's get you down, believe me I know that is easier said than done, but just collect ninjas you want, experiment in arena, try to come up with teams that you can have fun playing with, just enjoy it for what it is, a game..... just my two cents , make of it what you will
