Ibiki or Summer Kurenai can suppress immunity so that he won't use mystery or do anything in round 2. Kimimaro can increase his mystery cooldown time, so that Minato won't be able to use mystery. Nagato Edo can increase chakra cost for 2 rounds. Kimono Itachi can increase mystery cooldown also. A good Kakusu blitz team can still kill Minato teams, because you can interrupt him with your unmissable mystery and fast kill all the support ninjas + main. Madara Edo Release would be a problem for Kakuzu tho, but Kisame can fix that I guess. With Kakuzu it will all depend on BP mostly and with other ninjas you can be a bit less. For example, I managed to beat Minato teams with my Minato + having that control for him to skip a mystery use with having sometimes around 50k less bp. Equal power Kushina BT would also be stronger, because Minato will have a problem to kill her fast and debuffs do not effect her. Overall, it will mostly depend on your team, how stacked your pos 1 is and overall BP + which ninjas you use. Keep in mind that you will have to trigger dodge to use mystery cooldown increase stuff + some control mysteries. Some will have unmissable status like Ibiki but most won't. For better control chance better use it at pos 2.
