Quick answer to my title question is YES, especially with the recent improvements made in Great Plates

So when you look at these rewards you can compare it quickly and see that doing 360 spins gives you 4 packs, 700 more spins for 7 packs, and 1000 more spins for 9 packs (this is taking into account that you already did the free spins for 7 days so we can save the amount spent)

if you do all tiers 2060 + 140 free spins = 20600 coupons for 20 packs

if you do the 1200 one twice 2120 + 280 free spins = 21200 coupons for 22 packs

If you do the 500 one five times 1800 + 700 free spins = 18000 coupons for 20 packs

So actually doing the 500 milestone is the most worth but slowest and the milestone rewards could change in the meantime, but the point that I wanted to make here is that it's actually pretty good to do the 500 milestone (if there's a ninja you like in there why not get some frags)
