It says in the event that "Purchase Period: 4/16-4/23" and today is 4/23 and I can't make a deposit! It says "Evet is over." If the purchase period didn't include today, why did you make it clear! I don't know if it is about the hour deadline being 01:59:59 or if the April 23rd is not included for the purchase period completely. HOWEVER, it can be easily misunderstood as the way it is stated! Because of this problem I've spent 10$ for nothing now! If possible I'd like a refund for I have no use for the 500 ingots I just purchased! And let me be clear that YOU SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND AT LEAST FIX THE EXPLANATION NEXT TIME YOU PUT THIS EVENT UP! Not each and every country uses USD or Euro as currency and the value of 10$ can mean a lot to a person in those countries.
Now I hope someone acknowledges this problem before today ends and does something about it. I didn't write my server or in-game nickname here but if someone means to do something about (in conrary to the usual !), beleive me, I'd do anything for my money back!

They need to state the exact period. If the purchasing period ends at 23/4 at 01:59:59 they should state it. I don't think it is confusing, I think it is an incomplete statement. Therefore a missatement. It's not like everone needs to know this too. It is natural to be misled by it for a new player or a player who has never had this exact problem.

I hope they will eliminate the confusion next time. I guess I'll just wait another month to use my ingots on Naruto's Froggy or recharge again when my monthlies expire. I was mad about the confusion and I think have the right to be! However, the ingots won't disappear so I'll make use of them in the future. Nontheless, that doesn't mean it should be fixed and the confusion should disappear! Not just Naruto's Froggy event but any event if there are any confusions as well.
And one more thing: just because you post the exact deadline doesn't mean it's ok not to write it inside the game in the event desc
