Hello, sorry for the confusion, the majority of events end on Wednesday night, based upon server time, just prior to maintenance. Froggy purchase period falls into this category. Due to being ahead of the time zone, Froggy ended at 1:59am for your time zone, resulting in it stating 4/23 as the end date. I will request for them to include the time as well as date for the future, hopefully they do so! However, I always suggest to check the forum post for the end date, especially if you are not on your server's time zone, as this event displays the end date, or always feel free to ask the exact end time and date!

As for your request for a refund, you can request this from Customer Service, but it is not likely that they will do so, as you have received the ingots that you paid for.
