ignition damage % and passive stack

hello all, i would like to know since the game doesn't give you a lot information, how much the genjiutzu mirror return increase the damage received in % when you attack someone under the ignition; also does the enhancement fire style ( that increase fire damage from your fire team by 40%) stack with anko's mistery? (that give you another 40% boost?)
who make fix should add if a skill stack or no with the same type skill i guess. My personal suggestion of course .
