I suggest you file a ticket at our Customer Service Center. You may also visit our Bugs and Support here in forums and make a thread regarding your issue. Most likely, they will ask you for some proofs like a screenshot showing your level and screenshot of your shop, so make sure you have one ready. Thank you.
