  • OK now....but sir, If chakra usage is 40 and battle starts with 20 chakra how can I use it in first round? Is there any ninja which can make chakra instantly on the beginning of battle?

I'm not going to list all the ninjas that can gain chakra as that is a lot of work but asuma windblade is one. You can search the ninja interface and read the descriptions to see which can gain chakra. There's a lot of ways to gain charkra in round 1 via ninjas and your main.
