i'd like to know what is Sasuke Rinne Sharingan LV1 Explosive mode and what is LV2.

Hello there, so from what say Konoha Proxy lvl2 explosive mode increase Crit Rate by 45% and Initiative by 2%.

Just so you know, if you skill break him you will lose the standard reset on unit kill for some reason. Also I have run multiple tests and his crit rate doesnt actually seem to increase so who knows if its actually working.
