I was fighting a kakuzu my my cri/nin kushina and did 9k damage with my mystery when he was at 20 chakra. As the fight went on I ended up doing 3k damage when he was at 100 chakra while his scale only give his defense a buff. And when I fight him witexample Minato who does pure tai with his standard attack mydamage isn't reduced at all wether he got 20 chakra or 100 chakra. fix this oasis.
