i am needng some help clarifying a passive called Medical sage Increase Healing By 45 percent to a Ninja from your team

My question is this ,,,,Is this passive Like healing tips to where anyone who heals Gains this passive and if not how do i determine Who A ninja from my team is ???

Knowing the aspects of this would help me greatly determine who i should be adding as my team with this Tsunade
