If you're planning to use Madara Edo Tensei, go for Edo Itachi. Now, that Deidara is a p1, and you already using minato, doesnt really make sense to also use Deidara. As for S06p, he fell out of meta and is destroyed by kushinas and kakuzus, so I do not recommend using him. If you want to use Sasuke rinne, I'd suggest to have kakuzu as support, maybe madara founder or some sort of barrier ninja and earth/ fire main.

So, if I want to use Minato in p1, I should exclude Deidara. I'm not really planning to use Madara Edo Tensei.

My plan is to use Minato in p1, one among Itachi Edo and Sasuke Rinne 4*, Earth/Fire Main, and one among the one that i've mentioned before. Excluding so6p and deidara, would be left just Madara Edo Release. So the lineup would be Minato, SB or CF, Madara and which one among Sasuke or Itachi Edo?

Sasuke is a pos1 in his own right...but not on Minato level. Edo Itachi is a must have. He fits in most teams and is just to sick to ignore. The only way he ever will go out of meta...is if they come up with an even stronger Itachi xD

Sasuke is a ninja that u want to build around and mixing it up w/ minato is just a waste of slot. Edo itachi fits all PvP teams.

But I would prefer Nagato[ Edo Tensei ] Skillbroken over Edo Itachi these days as supp.

I think no one addressed OP that running 3 main hitters is a bad idea - I see a lot of people with this mindset. It's usually the po1 main hitter, a support, and a secondary hitter/support or a mix of both. Like every addressed, edo itachi is the choice to make,

I was trying this team today: Edo Minato Skillbroken, Deidara AC, Edo Itachi and CF. They work pretty good together. So yes, 2 hitters 1 hitter/support and 1 pure support (CF). Tomorrow I gotta try Kimimaro Halloween on Deidara's place. Pretty sure it will be fun.

Just letting you know, I don't count the main from those three lists as they are a different category. Itachi will be your pure support due to the reflect, 50% ninjustu reduction, and the dream mystery as to why you using him. Your main hitter should obviously have the higher power/attack/ninjutsu than your secondary hitter.

What's your full line up for Minato EDO without the last ninja?

Itachi Edo is better as a support role than Sasuke Rinne but if you have Y+1 2nd passive of Sasuke Rinne, you can put them together to reduce taijutsu and ninjutsu damage by 50% for the 1st 2 attacks which is not bad.

If I were you, I will go for Itachi EDO. He fits any lineup.

Edo itachi. From what I can tell Rinne sasuke got stealth nerfed when his BT was released.

I don't have a clue what explosive mode 1 or 2 do, there isn't a description any more. I've got both and can't tell the difference other than on an obviously innacurate sample size of 20 of EM 1 and 20 of 2 he seems to crit less with EM2 which seems idiotic. One thing I can tell you is he no longer gains an extra attack.
