this game is becoming dead because all yall want is money make some free to play events and maybe people would recharge if the rebate did not need so much ignots and plz ad madara edo relese in another event i have 66 frags and i realy want him:)

He is most likely talking about frags you can farm in events for free. This week you can probably get 1 edo minato frag in lucky stars, if you are lucky with points.
