You don't really have any solid pos 1 carry ninja right now other than Naruto [Sage Mode], and he is outdated in the current meta. You can still try using him though, I'd suggest this team:

(as the non-chase summon you should use Shiba since you're going to want to use your main's mystery in round 1).

Bee buffs Naruto with his Jinchuuriki passive. Use Bee's mystery on Naruto to make him attack twice. Eath main will keep the team strong with shields and also buffs units with shields. Use his mystery on Naruto and Bee's column. One of Sage Mode Naruto's biggest problem is that he isn't immune to debuffs, Gakido is there to try to keep debuffs off him and renew shields if needed. You have Gakido at 4 stars, I don't know if you have his breakthroughs but you should try to get his first passive (absorption of debuffs) to +1 so that it will cancel 2 layers of debuffs instead of just one. After that try to get his mystery to either +2 or Y+1 (it's your preference, +2 gives a stronger shield and makes the target immune to debuffs for a round, but Y+1 decreases the target's mystery cooldown, so Naruto could attack more often). Gakido is a good support ninja on a lot of teams so it's worth it to spend a couple vials to see if you can get these breakthroughs in my opinion.

(as the non-chase summon, you should use Pakkun, since he will be triggered round 2 before your main's mystery and will proc any dodges your opponent has).

Another option is to use your main as a carry unit until you get a better pos 1 ninja (I would focus on saving coupons until you can get Edo Minato or Rinnesharingan Sasuke to 4 stars with breakthroughs, they are big in the meta right now). This honestly isn't a bad strategy, mains are made so they can be either attackers or supports. This team is nice because the Root of Warrior passive will make Lightning main and Darui immune to debuffs for 2 rounds. Your main is buffed up by Warrior's Killing Intent and Darui's barrier. Masked Man is there to stop your opponent from setting up barriers and other mysteries in round 1 (keeping opponent barriers off the field is important because Darui's barrier is an auto-barrier, once it's gone you can't get it back). Also his chase with immobilize is nice. Gakido is there for extra safety if someone (eg. Kushina) removes your immunity to debuffs. If you want more attack power you can replace Gakido with Kakashi [Beheading Sword] though.
