Well you are level 49 on a server, where plenty of players are lvl 55+ or even 60+. I asume you started late on a server. Which you should never do. It will put you behind for months.

I would strongly recommend that you start again on a new server, on day 1. Other than that your only strategy is asking the strong guys to help you.
