Optional packs means that you can select for each pack which ninja you want. Yes, you can have 80 Sasuke and 20 Kakashi frags.

Any combination is possible.

    Also...Naruto [Ronnin]~does not deserve to be called a strong ninja.

i'ts kakashi summer, and yeah with 100 frgs those who have him can make him 4* so thats what can do :D

  • 25k is awful deal for sasuke rinne. You could get his frags in the past for as low as 178/frag, so 17.8k value, and even his average is 240/frag (which is high due to his launch price of 300/frag for many events). Recently his average is closer to 200. Kakashi Summer has been as low as 193/frag, and an average of 203/frag. So, a good "bonus" if there are other things in the other events which are good deals and you want. Otherwise, if all you want are these ninja for reward, it is a bad deal.

Don't forget that fuku deals like a bonus.You spend coupons on another events and you get 100 fragments as a gift. So don't get cheeky and say thank you that it costs 25 K, not 40. If u spend ur coupons on another events u can get 2 ninjas for example.

this option is up to you, if you dont feel like the events are worthy of using coupons on keep saving for the next event that peaks your interest like lucky *.
