  • Tenten is best card to max first, since she fit on every team, after that i would say elemental cards that give nin/res.

Let me stop you right here.

Minato fits all teams too and adds 400 Initiative each ninja + recently added Torune Aburame which increase dmg to Immune ninjas (mostly all teams have em) by 30%.
