Y+1 Sasuke RInnegan mystery doesn't have 30% increase damage. Konoha Proxy is a bit wrong in the Y+1 skill description.

From 0 --> +1 --> +2 = increase damage (0 --> 30%)

From 0 --> Y --> Y+1 makes the mystery has no cooldown and doesn't cost chakra if your chakra pool is above the said chakra (0 --> 90 --> 70)

Btw the new explosive mode is:

Explosive mode: Sasuke's Critical Rate is increased by 30%, while his Initiative is increased by 1.2%

Explosive mode Lv1: Sasuke's Critical Rate is increased by 35%, while his Initiative is increased by 1.6%

Explosive mode Lv2: Sasuke's Critical Rate is increased by 40%, while his Initiative is increased by 2%
