I beat it at 16500 power. (only 2 shurikens atm)
The key for me to this was using clones and interupts.

I used:
*X--Naruto--*X
Guy--Earth Main--*X
*X--Neji(normal)--*X

Interupt skill on earth main and just keep cycling interupts and hope the bombs hit your clones.When the spiders are dead you want 2 chars alive that can keep cycling interupts, atm trying the seal with naruto switched for kabuto for heals+clones and is going pretty well.
