Hello, this server should be coming back online on the 15th of this month, and as of now, I would suggest keeping track of your purchase ID, and ensure that when the server comes back online, you receive your ingots automatically, if not, CS will be able to refund you your ingots, given your transaction id. Sorry for the troubles with the server, you should be receiving compensation on the 15th, when the server comes back online!
