if i recharge on a level 25 account , will i be able to get something out of lvl30 recharge events when i hit lvl 30 tomorrow ?

you know what's funny? i'v seen games completely turn around to good cuz fanbase slap them hard that's why oasis sends those "drones" with "like it or leave" and things like that... (funnier are those with "i won/a friend won xyz in wheel for only 1400" to enthuse people going like crazy to spend their cps xD)

Because there's a time limited shop event. They use that as a filler so you won't get a lot of time limited points.

WORD. Best example of this is the wheel events that they are releasing. They keep on putting 100 fragments or 180 fragments of a meta ninja but you don't have a single change to win them. How many here won the x100 madara jinchuriki or x100 obito jinchuriki? 1 or 2? Unlike before where they released hokage minato on lucky stars 7 people got them in my server. Those are the days where OASIS gives you change to win these ninjas. Now, it is the worst. At least put ninjas on wheels that we have chance to win. Don't put bait in there. SMH. Let's make this game better instead of it's either you want it or you leave mentality. This is a great game and have potential to be big again.

So basically, this guy claims to be F2P even though he just said he spent half a billion seal scrolls about a moment ago. :thinking: I wonder how a F2P got so many scrolls. This guy has really broad definition of what "F2P" means, which is strange because his definition of "capitalism" is that "everyone should conform to it and deal with the bad things" instead of "we should try and change it for the better and make the community's lives easier".

No. You have to hit level 30 first. Then recharge. If you do it before you hit 30, it won't give you anything because the event isn't supposed to show up before level 30.

No it starts counting when you can access the event in this case at lvl 30. They would have to add a new background counter for that and that isn't really a priority for early game players. Unfortuantly between the effort of adding such a feature and how niche the benefit is it may never happen. (that and having access to the event is technically a reward for your effort which gives you an additional benefit for effort/recharge)

That aside I don't get the Mei hate, is this because of the overwatch character? cuz this was totally expected since fireworks primarily has dealt with event nin freebies. I for one know that it will in no way negatively impact our clusters race to 4k day 1, etc. and I doubt any ninja will really cause a boycott of the event except suit sasuke, or one of the cat ninja.
