From what I've seen,

#1, He will not recover in round two unless someone with over 30 chakra clears him. He will stay dreaming.

#2, Idk tbh. Usually ninjas don't harm themselves meanwhile. Special exception like Ibiki aside.

#3, When/if naruto 6paths is chaosed he will simply skip his turn. The game doesn't seem to allow ninjas that attack more than one ninja on their turns to do the same when chaosed.

#4, Right now, potions

#5, Kushina, Kakuzu, and 6paths. I mention these because not only are they cheap, the game gives away plenty of their frags for free.

#6, Top 3 way imho and not necessarily in this order: potions, myoboku training, runes you get mostly from exchanging cave keys.
