Hello, to unlock cross server events, such as sage and space time, your server has to be at least 60 days of age. Once you hit that point, if you still have not unlocked it, then please let me know and I will help out.

Sage requires a certain amount of participants, otherwise it will not allow the server to participate, until cross server opens. I can ask in regards to Training Grounds, see why it is not showing up for your server, but still allows you to participate.
