He also chases his mystery and heals him self which makes him one man army. Some people use him in pos 2. He is relatively cheap for what he can do so he still has value. I personally don't like that ninja as in early game removes all strategy being a one man army. If you compare him to 3 star minato he would beat him every time. Now also 4 star minato bites the dust against kushina and kakuzu if you don't plan your team. IF they BT him I think they need to remove either heal or immunity to debuff. But then it will be completely different ninja.
