Hello, due to a large amount of issues in China, there were many issues recently, however, things should be operating normally, if CS has not had the chance to get to your ticket, you can either create a new one, or wait/respond to the current one, please provide them with your payment confirmation if you choose to do so.
lol , my level of *ity is not like yours , i keep reminding the CS everyday lol. the details and confirmation of the purchase are all upload to them , what else you need to explain , so which me*l the report posted here is USELESS , is that what you are saying? since you keep asking the CS . what your side? collect report and do nothing.. what a waste .. 10 days PASSED , still NOT YET RECEIVE INGOTS , coronavirus struck the whole team , FUNNY AF
i feel you bro.. admin is so useless here.. they will just reply you to go to CS like blah blah blah.. then in CS will kept you waiting for nothing.. for them getting money is their 1st priority than to assist a customer.,. they not even listen at all.. and this reply its for sure they will delete this if they saw this.. will i got alot of screenshot to prove that they will delete a comment if someone proveking them ..
