Hello, due to a large amount of issues in China, there were many issues recently, however, things should be operating normally, if CS has not had the chance to get to your ticket, you can either create a new one, or wait/respond to the current one, please provide them with your payment confirmation if you choose to do so.

Sadly, recharge issues are not allowed to be dealt with on the forums, due to many issues. Due to this, players have to use CS to fix any issues, hopefully everyone's issues has been fixed by now, if not, then please let me know! I will try to do what I can from my side.
