Does anyone have an idea of what the best main would be for my current lineup? I like fire main mostly because of the mirror return and AoE clone removal.

That's what I was thinking, it has a lot of utility with it, but I've seen a lot of people also run light main and do well, so I'm not 100% sure.

My guess is fire main but I suggest you just look around for the skills of the mains and see what you would like to use them with.

I have and from what I've seen this is what is the best overall, but I'm coming here just in case anyone has any better ideas.

Also, do you know if theirs a better way to line them up, say main behind tendo to protect him and Gakido in front of Shurado as an example, but that wouldn't work well because it reduces your combo from 12 to 11 and causes your interrupt to be on move 4 instead of 2. What do you think?
