Uhh...1 Ingot sales always cost 1 ingot (if I recall correctly) to participate, however, it is more like a lottery.

The reason why we have some Skill Trials and Breaks at 3* was because that is how it was for some ninjas in CN, however...Oasis, decided to be idiots, and force a lot of them to be 4*.
