add kushina frags reedmable next event. Thank you <3

Edit: i already know that kushina frags are reedemable in Naruto bday party event, but that's a bit more harder to get the frags since i could only get 5 ramen from sweeping plot instance with 350 stamina. The Christmas event that had kushina redeemable was actually amazing but that's not coming back any time soon.
