Hello! I can say with full confidence, that the first team is much better than the second. There are few reasons: first, you can do more damage with Hashirama ( 40% passive buff , 40% with bareer buff, and you have 2 chakra absorbing and immobile mcdvoice attacks with bareer and 1 standart attack with immobile chance. So, in theory, you have a chance for control 3 eney units). Second thing is prompt bareer, that is quite useful thing, especially if you have lower initiative then your opponent. Other bareer advantages I described in first thing. And the last one, Hashirama is immune, Shisui isn't. So, first team is much better.
