I think right now that's kinda the best you can do with her.

Short-term: Invest in shikamaru chunin and iruka

If you want to keep kushina, try getting an edo roshi, they synergize wonderfully.

Also, she isn't as strong 3 stars, consider making her 4* and getting her BTs.
