From what I know, its just an item that came with the latest cycle accidentally. It isn't an item for the next cycle too because if you check the item, it has an expiration date of January 14th. Just ignore it.

It isn't nice getting something and not being able to use it. We should get something in return at least.

Why? They are given for free lmao unless you bought the packs which I doubt anyone would considering there isn't an event.

Just to make this clear. This bug has been reported by many players already and was brought to our attention already. Our staff already informed our higher-ups about this bug. Unfortunately, our Higher-ups are currently on vacation due to the celebration of the Chinese New Year so fix might come late. So us as players, the only thing we can do for now is to Ignore it. I hope you guys understand this and sorry for any inconvenience.
