I tested 2 times, each with 9 fights, with a total of 36 control chances per time... (test subject's control rate is 25k, controller's control rate is all <12k) the 2 tests are 2 weeks apart (cos i was busy with studies, can test within that week)

The first test, the test subject got controled 7 times --> ~19.44%

The second test, the tect subject got controlled 10 times --> ~27,78%

so with that + Castal information of China version's change of control rate last year, i'd think the capped control rate is 25%.
