I remember the old days when having 10k control stats difference meant 0% control chance

They never announced anything about this change but it somehow suddenly happened few months ago, I started noticing players with 400k less power than me being able to control me so I finally got around to do some tests and see what's up

I did 50 attempts and got controlled 7 times which was more than I expected considering the big control cap

For correct info I'd need to have 1000+ attempts infomation but based on just this we can conclude that once the control difference goes above 10k it's capped somewhere between 10 to 15% control chance (used to be 0% before)
