Hello all,

I have attempted to contact customer service about this issue multiple times and have been deffered to "looking into it" then my question being moved to answered without a fix. Note: this is solely for the GNW Neiji fragments that im missing. I have a solid daily routine of clicking all of the right things, but noticed my calendar was not counting my first login of the month, meaning it's impossible to have full attendance unless I would have paid for the jonin medal within 5 days of missing it. As I am only F2P right now, I am in a conundrum. Is there any way of rectifying this mishap, or am I just "without a paddle"?
