Hi,

Tried to purchase Monthly Card (300 ingots) in Benefit Hall and get a System Error message. Is this a known bug? I'm also unable to use any ingots in general, it gives a System Error. I've tried restarting browser and system and receive the same error.

Hi Tyler,

Yup, tried clearing my cache and still getting the same error. Tried on another system and error still occurs. I've been speaking with members of my group and it appears all of S4 is impacted with the bug. Any help with clear the matter would be great. Thanks!

Just checked and everything is working now. Thanks for the help! I'll keep an eye if anyone else encounters the issue on our server in S4.
