1＃ Go ToOn the 01.08.2020 i made two purcheses for 1000 ingots and for 500 ingots got the msg that my account was charged but didnt recive any ingots i watied for a bit but still didnt recive any ingots so i went to the support posted a ticket got a reply 3h later for some more info.Today on 01.09 2020 i saw the msg gave the info and after some time the i went back to look if i got a reply from them and my Support Ticket is gone.I still have the li
nk to it but there is nothing there. HELP Edit:There site was down Edit:My ticket is back up

How did u solve it mate? I had exactly the same problem as u did...
You wait. If it doesn't show up after a couple hours, then you contact CS to open up a ticket and have them look into it. Most of the time it just gets really delayed for a while but self corrects eventually. If it doesn't contact CS.
