On the 01.08.2020 i made two purcheses for 1000 ingots and for 500 ingots got the msg that my account was charged but didnt recive any ingots i watied for a bit but still didnt recive any ingots so i went to the support posted a ticket got a reply 3h later for some more info.Today on 01.09 2020 i saw the msg gave the info and after some time the i went back to look if i got a reply from them and my Support Ticket is gone.I still have the link to it but there is nothing there. HELP
