i dont know i think it might be over all better to spread them about rather than just spam power up one ninja unless its your tank then maybe its worth im not there yet though so all i can do is run numbers

im at lvl 5 on one of my items and it requires 70 med refine thingys to lvl it to 6
i think either way you look at it your going to be sitting on advanced runes for a wile and its prob going to take a million of them so maybe if you really need to stregthen a week link in your team otherwise i think if you do it evenly you gain more over all power faster

side note lvl 6 is still medium refine 7-10 is advanced so im guesssing over 100 medium from 6-7
