The only exceptions are events that go multiple weeks, Fuku Deals, Carnival, etc., events that have some sort of collection after the event is over, such as Fateful Choice, Colored Banner, etc., or events that are week long but start mid-cycle.

For rebate events like Charms, Seals, Cave Keys, Refines, etc all end at midnight.
