Hello!

Before the Release of Groceries Room Shop, Team Instances drops Ninja Tools at a 100% rate but after that, Ninja Tools was replaced by Moon Scrolls and made the Ninja Tools drop at a chance. That's why you are not getting it like you used to before. Thank you.
