The higher thebattle powers, the more kushina shines. Also, u cannot compare the two without stating the teams, the teams are very important.

I have found that in a battle with someone that has Equal/lower power then you normally kakuzu will win out given proper support. however should the kushina have the power gap by a fair amount then the kaku is screwed even more so if they are running def/res scaling as they will just ten turn your ass.
