edo minato is meta rn, kakuzu is a thing of the past. To give u an idea of the difference between them, im 230k running minato, but i can easily beat 300k kakuzus in space time having furthur disadvantage of being auto, meaning they interupt my minato every round, yet i still win. Kushina is weird, she is weak at low powers, but gets very strong at higher powers due to battles taking longer meaning her scaling really shows at those powers
