Its a spending event. 20k and 30k are spend milestones. You can reach them by both coupon and ingot spending

isn't it funny? how when they gave shisui and konan in fireworks everyone lost their sht (in special for konan) but now on minato (which outputs more dmg with bond then shisui) is ok and everyone cheers...

It's ok. Minato is outdated anyway. As someone said good for exams though. I'd like to see Masked Man in fireworks next.

I think it’s dope that J Minato as reward in fireworks is nice a chance for me to 4 star him but Masked man would have also been good since we never see him anymore
