That isn't how that works. Regeneration reduces his CD, his standard then increases his CD, but his CD still decreases at the start of each round naturally. So he can't spam his mystery constantly.

actually i've noticed he is broken so he actually doesn't cool down any senjutsu users' mystery at all. All he does is prolong his own and he can never use his own mystery. nor does he help others with a mystery cool down.
