Not sure whether you mean shisui kimono or susanoo one. But if you mean shisui susanoo then that guy was lying because only way to get him yet is 90k recharge, which will give only 80 frags.

Currently its impossible for someone to have more than 80 frags for shisui susanoo, so right now you can only get him 3 stars.

Hello!


To clear this confusion. There is no other way to get Shisui [Susano'o]'s Fragment other than the current Christmas Rebate Event. Anyone who says they have it at 5 stars already might be messing around or just joking. If they sent a screenshot, just remember that images can be photoshop unless you see it straight from their Character Info in-game. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
